Worst on scheduling children. Ive never been to an office that schedules 10 kids for an afternoon from 3 to 5 and makes them all wait on eatch other. You may have an appointment for 3pm but might not be seen untill 430 . If you miss an appointment its $20 but if they miss an appointment its..... im sorry we can reschedule you 2 months away because we're booked.

Dr. Reid is above the rest. She is very compassionate, and very knowledgeable about her profession. Her staff is very trained, helpful and go the extra mile….especially at the front desk the most important job of all…..the receptionist 🥰🥰🥰

The staff, including Dr. Reid, at Riviera Dental were super kind and patient throughout my short visit on June 3, 2022. Dr. Reid is the ultimate professional with impeccable bedside manners. She talked to me and treated me like I mattered. Once the issue(s) was/were identified and the possible outcomes were discussed she left it entirely in my hands as to what and when the next step would be taken. There was absolutely no pressure as long as I had a clear understanding of the situation. Also I felt confident that Dr. Reid had my best interests in mind. Great visit for a fitting for a crown. Dr. Reid is always exceptional. I especially appreciated the time and attention to detail the dental assistant exemplified in fitting me for a temporary crown. Great customer service.
